This application is ideal for quickly building your inventory.
The application uses a local database, ideal for businesses that are transitioning to other systems and need a temporary database or for small businesses or anyone who wants to keep items in different locations where it will be faster to find with this small application.

In the example in the pictures, the electronic parts are used as an example.
You can use the software for many more applications.
For example, you have different parts that you use to create a finished product.
You need to know where your parts are when you need them in production.
Or, you have a mechanic workshop or auto repair shop.
You need to know where your brakes, discs and other parts are for a specific vehicle.

Note: Please install the program in a location where you have read/write access.

There are also folders in which you place product documentation, and you must have write access to these folders.

The new default installation is folder C, but you can choose any location.
If you have the message: Operation must be an updateable query, you do not have write access to the location where you installed the program.
Uninstall Inventory and install it to a location where you have write access.

If you are a user and work for a larger company, before you order the software, talk to your IT team to make sure that the administrator will install the software on your post because some companies have policies so that you do not have permission to install any program on your computer.

What is a bill of materials (BOM) in inventory software?
A bill of materials (BOM) contains all the parts required to manufacture a finished product.
In inventory software, the BOM is used as a parts list, showing where you have stock available, with quantities and prices.
It can also be used to calculate total costs per finished product.

You can choose the FG quantity you need. IC2022 will display errors in lines where the quantity is not available to make your FG quantity.
You can adjust the quantity in the "to do" field and recalculate the FG quantity.

To create a BOM, enter the FG number and the product name.
Once the BOM has been created, select it and go to the "Item master" tab.
Find the desired item, select it, enter the quantity by FG and click on the ADD button in the Add to current BOM section.
A message confirms that the item has been added.
You can also delete it from the list.
The location of the added item is automatically saved in the BOM.
Automation:
If you have the same item in different locations, you can click on the location in the BOM and choose another from the pop-up window displaying all the item's locations.
You can print out the BOM/parts list and give it to the forklift driver (if you have a warehouse) to pick up.
If the total quantity of items is in one place, you can check the "Adjust inventory" box when you have the quantity picked.
When all items have been picked, you can click on Proceed to complete the inventory adjustment.
If you close the software, all picked items are still checked when the BOM is opened.
Before continuing, please ensure that the Production to be carried out parameter (TO DO) is correctly set.
