FAQ

Can I connect several meters to the same database?
Generally, most wireless routers can connect up to 255 devices simultaneously from a single access point on your Wi-Fi network.
If you have a lot of printers and don't have enough space on your router to connect all the meters, you can install an additional router that will allow you to connect more FDB-22-s.
You can connect an unlimited number of counters to the database without any modification. It's important that the meter is connected to the Internet from any IP address.

What to do when the power goes out in a building or house?

If you lose power in your home or plant, this unit boots much faster than your Wi-Fi router.
When your Wi-Fi router is up, you must cycle the unit's power for it to properly connect to your router.
